Orlando Window Cleaning & More
(prior to hiring a local window cleaning company)
1) Is the company licensed and insured? Did you know that you could be sued by a window cleaning company if one of their window cleaners gets hurt on your property and they don't have insurance?
2) Can they really do the actual work? Many companies do not have the correct tools and abilities to do the job. Just because they clean windows does not mean that they can clean your windows properly. Can they clean non-ground level windows? Do they have big enough ladders? Are they using squeegees or just paper towels? Find out!
3) Are all of their prices really given upfront? We offer no run-arounds. Before we start any job, we let the client know all the prices for the work they want us to perform. Many window washers add fees when unexpected problems or situations arise. Rest assured that our invoice will look just like our bid.
4) Do they know the meaning of the word 'professional'? Do non-uniformed, unfriendly window cleaners sound professional? There are many of them our their! If you've recieved quotes already, were you met by a clean-cut, well-groomed individual? Did they arrive on time? Was their vehicle cleaning, and kept up? A picture says a thousand words.
5) What about a guarantee? If for any reason you are unsatisfied with our work, our crew, or the length of our window cleaning service time, you are not obligated to pay our service fee. Seriously. You can even print this paragraph out and keep it if you would like. This is binding. We want you to feel comfortable and confident that you will be satisfied with our work.
