Commercial Route Establishment

If you are interested in route service then we are just the company for you! We pride ourselves on our alacrity. We even finish on time. And we keep to the schedule that is right for you (not the other way around). Most window washing routes do not involve contracts. Payment schedules for commercial window cleaning can be discussed upon your call. We can quote bids on-site and provide an official bid (signed) on-site as well. We can even fax over our bid if necessary.

Please note: We warn against making the price of a bid the only factor determining which window washing company you will ultimately do business with. You must also consider these relevant factors:

Appearance: Were they uniformed and clean cut? Were their vehicles and window washing equipment clean and kept up? The answer will clue you in on how seriously they take their job. Sloppy appearance equals sloppy performance.

Professionalism: Did they give you a written bid or just a verbal estimate? Did they show up on time? Have they kept their word so far? Please, do not think that they will change once you hire them. Lack of professionalism in the window washing business (like all businesses) is unacceptable no matter how low the bid is (which, if significantly below all the other bids, is fishy in and of itself).

Construction Clean-Up (CCU)

Construction clean-up is another window cleaning service we provide. It is very important that professional window cleaners remove construction debris on new windows. This cannot be stressed enough. Without experience and the right techniques, tools, and chemicals, a construction worker or maid will likely do permanent damage to brand-new windows, even before the home or business is occupied! Certain debris cannot be removed with a blade. One must have an appropriate knowledge of glass in order to clean it well. This is true whether the project is CCU window cleaning or not. Hence, if you want to make sure your windows are the most preserved after the contruction clean-up, use only window clean-up experts!
